Cheap Hair Extensions

Not all heads are created equal!
The most obvious reason is to have hair extensions is instant long thick beautiful hair and yes this can be accomplished on most heads, but you can use hair extensions in a variety of ways.
Fixing bad hair cuts!
You know a bad hair cut when one side is longer that the other and the other side has been thinned out to much, resulting in a disasters affair of the lid. It usually happens right before a big event like a wedding, an anniversary or the worst, a 10 year high school reunion. What better way to grow the mistake out and get it fixed right away than with hair extensions? No more having to try to blow-dry it a certain way or wearing it up with a bunch of bobby pins until it grows out over the next 4 months.
Do it for the fullness!
You like your length but you lack in the volume fullness department, I have clients that love the length of their hair but wanted the fullness like the shampoo commercial models, that sexy full hair that seems to bounce ever so slightly across their backs and shoulders as they do their signature hair model move, they turn their heads to look at something and their hair follows in a shiny bouncy swoosh across the television screen. Or better than that they want a really great ponytail instead of the skinny ponytail they can only achieve with their own hair, really great ponytails happen with great hair and great certified extensions artists.
Do it for color!
Sometimes it would be extremely damaging to get certain hair colors. A client of mine wanted white highlights just a few peaking out from underneath her side layers, I thought it would be a very neat look, unfortunately she had black hair, by the time I was done bleaching it beyond recognition and trying to tone it, or even doing a color remover on it (with no guarantee of results) if she had any hair left I doubt I would have been able to get it white, so we did white extensions, just a few and when she wants them out it won't be damaged, unlike trying to chemically get the result. It would have cost her more money to try to get what she wanted chemically than what it cost her to get a few extensions in and without the damage! I have also done combinations of natural looking blondes and caramels; the client gets the color they want and more hair in the process.
Do it for a bit of length but not a full head.
Some people just want a bit of length and there hair simply does not grow past a certain point, in this case we did fusion extensions from the nape of the neck up to about the ears and a few on the sides above the ears, then all we did was a few packs of foils in around the top of the head, the results: Partial extensions blending in with the few foils that she usually gets anyway, her hair was to the bottom of her neck, we lengthened it to about he cleavage, it looked sexy and she could pin it up for meetings. It looked professional and polished.
Get clip in extensions measured especially for your head!
Not every one is suited for fusion hair extensions, some people hare happy with their hair but just need a non commitment change once in a while. Clip in extensions are perfect for that person. You can have instant highlights! You pop in about 5-10 of them and have an instant change, I love this for myself, I do light butter blond and caramel clip ins with my dark auburn hair, It works for me and my schedule, can you believe that I have no time to get my self some highlights! The shoe makers children have no shoes kind of situation, but with my clip ins that are measured and made just for my head, when I want a bold set of highlights I pop them in and the fact that they are 100% human hair I can curl them, straighten them, ware them up in a ponytail or up in an up do, The clip ins are also great if you want longer fuller hair, they are made based on your needs.
Things to remember when looking for quality hair extensions and an artist:
Make sure that the artist is certified by a reputable company, education can be the key to a gorgeous head of hair or a disaster, your stylist should be proud to show you his or her certification. Pay for quality, if you are going to invest do your research, if you pay for cheap you will get cheap and your real hair will be ruined. What you want in hair: You want 100% human, Indian temple remy cuticle hair. What this means: Indian hair is the closest and best suited to Caucasian hair. Remy cuticle means that the cuticle layer of the hair is in tact and all going in the same direction as it would in your hair naturally, the cuticle layer provides protection and shine in your hair. Indian temple hair is prized for its shine luxurious feel and tangle free manageability. I have also used Indonesian hair is is just a beautiful but better for clients with that pin staight hard to curl hair. What you want in a bond: Just say no to glue! You want a synthetic keratin tip that is resistant to chemicals and oils. It begins as a solid state and when heated at a low temperature with a special heating tool, it softens so that the stylist can reshape it and fuse it to your hair, then it turns back to a solid when it cools. It is not a liquid at any time like glue is. The bond material is flexible when heated but not hot enough to burn the stylist fingertips, so there is no damage to your hair by way of heating or extensions installation. It is removed quite easily with a special remover. Glued bonds require a damaging acetone to remove their bonds.
